Following the run of heatset press orders at DRUPA, Goss International has announced sales to commercial printers in Germany and Mexico.

The Mexican customer, Grupo Ajusco has bought a second Goss M-800 press with a 4x4 32-page cylinder configuration.

Owner Sergio Torres says the overall performance of the first M-800 press, and in particular the high print quality, led to the order for a second. The company also has two Goss M-600 16-page web presses.

German commercial and publication printer Neef & Stumme ordered a four-unit M-600 press at DRUPA, installation of which will begin late this year. It will have an Ecocool dryer, JF65 folder and Goss Omnicon control and automation technology.

Although the company already operates four M-600s, president Andreas Bauer says choosing another Goss “was not an automatic decision” with a team conducting a methodical evaluation of 16-page presses available.
