Atex has outlined the trio of new executives who support Gary Stokes, appointed group chief executive last month.

As reported by GXpress at the time, Stokes is joined by chief financial officer Jeremy Wilson and chief operating officer Colin Ashworth.

The third member of Stokes’ team is chief staff officer Lorren Wyatt. Atex says with a FTSE 100 main board director background, he brings extensive business and HR consultancy experience to the company. “Having worked within technology, software development, financial services, insurance and health care sectors, Wyatt specialises in organisational change, talent management and leadership, as well as mentoring at ‘C’ level,” says a spokesperson.

Like Stokes, Wilson had worked at Regenersis, where he was group chief financial officer. He has a track record in high service blue chip corporations trading globally, including DHL Express, Honda Motor Europe Ltd and Electrocomponents.

Ashworth, who takes the new chief operating officer role, had been running his own consultancy business, helping a succession of international and technology-led businesses including Ladbrokes, Zurich Insurance and Xchanging improve value and efficiency.

Stokes says he is excited about the new structure: “Our new appointments will help shape and direct the organisation’s growth plans and we look forward to benefiting from the insight and experience that they will bring to Atex now and into the future.”
