Newspapers in Singapore, India and the UAE were among winners of the 12th annual Asian Media Awards presented during Publish Asia in Bangalore.
The awards recognize outstanding work in printing quality, design, infographics, photography and editorial content, newspaper marketing and community service among media houses in Asia Pacific, South Asia and the Gulf.
The ceremony was held at Publish Asia 2013 and WAN-IFRA Expo India which gathered over 600 media executives from 25 countries.
Publish Asia, WAN-Ifra’s premier conference in the Asia-Pacific region, is being hosted in India for the second time following Chennai in 2009.
