North American media giant Gannett will use Cxense analytics to power online user experiences and site personalisation.
The Norwegian developer says the contract for its Insight, DMP and Content products follows a run of recent orders from major global publishers including El Pais (PRISA), Mainichi Shimbun, Naspers and Nikkei BP.
Gannett publishes national daily USA Today and owns properties in 92 domestic markets, as well as UK regional publisher Newsquest which has more than 160 online news brands. More than 95 million unique visitors access content from group sites monthly.
The Cxense data management platform enables publishers to aggregate data cross-device and across anonymous and registered users, independent of third-party cookie tracking, to build detailed individual user profiles in real time. The Insight product works with this to provide real-time analytics via customisable dashboards, with Content delivering personalisation across web and mobile sites.
