New York Media is extending cloud-hosting of their advertising systems for the New York Magazine.
The Newscycle advertising solution (previously Atex AdBase) supports day-to-day business including sales, production and finance for digital, mobile and print of the magazine which has 1.8 million readers and a monthly online audience of 18 million.
Chief operations officer Kit Taylor says the system enables a clear picture of the revenue pipeline with one look: “We are self-sufficient – we know the inventories and what our customers are currently running,” he says. “We have been able to create a shared CRM, order entry and billing with fewer key strokes.”
