WoodWing has announced a new cloud-based reporting product for its Enterprise publishing system.
The Analytics feature provides up-to-date information about the progress of production processes, with multiple visual reports about stories and related objects, accessible via devices including tablets.
A first version includes a progress report – showing which stories are finished and which being worked on – and an object status report with an overview of all objects related to a story.
Chief executive Roel-Jan Mouw says modern multi-channel publishing processes can be quite complex and involve so many different types of media that it becomes difficult to see the full picture of the status of production at any moment. “With our new, we address that challenge,” he says.
Enterprise Analytics is a cloud-based, with data loaded when a file is created, modified, properties updated or the content is published. it can be configured to send anonymous instead of detailed user information.
Also announced at the Xperience user event in Lisbon (June 17-18) was an upgrade to Elvis DAM 5 to enable management of up to a billion assets.
