Visiolink majority shareholder Jens Funder Berg has handed over the chief executive role to 35-year-old Kenneth Boll.

Berg stays close to the Danish digital publishing solutions company as chief executive of a new sister company.

Boll will focus on the increasing demand for digital media consulting, e-paper innovation as well as insights and business intelligence. Berg says Boll is "the right man at the right time" to take responsibility for the business's daily running.

Boll (right) has been Visiolink's chief operating officer since 2009, and was previously chief executive of advertising company Mindpeople and chairman of wine retailer Smagfoerst. He was also general manager at permission marketing company Come&Stay and founder of Step Card Loyalty.

He is currently a board member of the media company CompanYoung.
