Canadian Mobidia technology will be a perfect fit for that of app data company App Annie, the company says.
Chief executive Bertrand Schmitt says the acquisition of Vancouver-based mobile measurement company Mobidia brings great innovation, technology and a complementary methodology to its own: "By integrating Mobidia data to our Usage Intelligence, we are now offering the largest and most comprehensive app usage data product available on the market."
Schmitt says App Annie's premium Usage Intelligence product is now out of beta and broadly available. "Usage Intelligence gives expansive access to estimates on mobile app reach, engagement and retention, allowing users to analyse competitor apps, identify investment opportunities and evaluate advertising revenue potential," he says.
