Norikazu Tokusue has joined John Paton and Kjell Aamot on the Cxense advisory board.
His background in the Japanese IT sector follows graduation from Stanford University with a Master of Science, and includes time with IBM and PWC Japan. In 1996 he became the first Japanese president of PeopleSoft, and later the president of Business Objects in Japan. In 2006, he led Fast Search & Transfer Japan, until it was acquired by Microsoft in 2008, when he headed the enterprise search division of Microsoft Japan.
He now serves as chairman and director at Pivotal Japan, a spin-off from EMC, and is a director of the board of Workday Japan.
