manroland and WIFAG say they have called off negotiations. The German and Swiss newspaper press makers have agreed to call off negotiations aimed at manroland acquiring WIFAG because "it was not possible to harmonise the interests of both parties". However, the two remain open for cooperation on a technical level, a statement today says.
