Mailroom innovations from Ferag for DRUPA include systems for taping, inserting and bagging newspaper and advertising products.

The announcements include:

• a system for taping collected inserts instead of wrapping them;

• A Polypacer polybagger which can handle A4-A5 formats, with packed or unpacked products labelled inline using an offset or second inkjet head;

• an entry-level modular MiniSert inserting line which operates at up to 75,000 cph.

Ferag says its Accraply application module can now be integrated in front of a compensating stacker inlet, and will show how its MemoStick advertising format can also be used in simple online configurations incorporating components from WRH Marketing’s JobFolio series.
