A site visit to the new PMP headquarters will be a highlight when New Zealand SWUG holds its annual conference in Auckland in July.

PMP relocated to the 22,000 m2 site in Enterprise Park, Manukau in late 2011, providing space to integrate its component businesses.

The 13th SWUG NZ conference is being held at the Novotel conference and hotel complex adjoining Ellerslie Racecourse, in Greenlane, from July 17-18. About 140 user and supplier delegates are expected at the two-day event, with the ‘apprentice of the year’ award will be presented during the conference dinner along with quality awards.

Chairman Dan Blackbourn says 2013 will build on the great successes of the last three conferences in Christchurch, Wellington and Taupo: “Christchurch set records for attendance and sponsor support, and we are looking to add to that success this year and give SWUG new impetus for the future.

“We now need gold, silver and bronze sponsors to come forward so we can begin to structure the conference programme.”

Delegates will give an opportunity to hear from manufacturers and suppliers, plus networking opportunities to mix with fellow printers and others involved in the print industry and learn from their experiences and knowledge.
