Tribune Direct has sourced a further Magnapak inserting system, this time from Black Press’s Everett Herald, for the Chicago Tribune.

The 23-station Goss system – with more than 60 metres of gripper conveyor and Omnicon PC-based controls – has been moved by GIS in three 16-metre trailers and reassembled.

Vice president of East Sound Operations and publisher of the Everett Herald Josh O’Connor says he had a firm deadline to remove the entire system, and it was dismantled and prepared for shipment within a week.
