Dutch developer QI Press Controls is celebrating its tenth anniversary in India.

The subsidiary was established in April 2004 under the leadership of managing director Vijay Pandya, developing from a sales office to a full sales, support and manufacturing organisation in 2007.

A software development unit supports both direct customers and the parent company, while a team of highly skilled technical staff is led by technical general manager Rakesh Dave.

The company’s technology has been adapted to local requirements and QIPC India now boats more than 1000 installations on both Indian and imported presses.

“We want to dedicate this success to our esteemed customers who have put their trust in our company and let us be their partner in business,” says chairman Menno Jansen, thanking Indian press manufacturers for their cooperation.

He says QIPC plans to expand production facilities in India as part of a global strategy, increasing use of its assembly and testing facilities. “With its experienced and skilled technical team, QI Press Controls India has always been and always will be a very important link in our chain”, he says.
