Krause is to launch a new CTP package for medium-sized newspapers at the World Publishing Expo in Amsterdam.

The German maker says it will offer an automated JetNet workflow, the LS Performance platesetter and a processor for conventional or low chem violet printing plates, along with a punch/bender to output 150-200 plates per hour.

The company is also adding new automation features to JetNet, which can be configured for multi-site print production and the integration of publishing clients.
