Tampa Media Group in Florida will use Newscycle’s cloud-based circulation product for its daily, weekly and digital publications.
An agreement on content, digital, and advertising systems is also being extended.
IT director Brian Junge says the migration to a cloud platform has been “a smart move” – saving time and money, and helping them keep on current software versions.
Tampa Media Group plans to use the circulation product to focus on audience relationship management and retention. Its toolset captures data and enhances customer satisfaction through automated communications, self-service features, and targeted marketing campaigns. The system is also PCI compliant.
