The second annual conference of the new South East Asia Newspaper Group (SEANG) opened in Bangkok today (Tuesday) with social events including an informal golf tournament and a barbeque for delegates.
The programme gets off on a more technical footing tomorrow and continues on Thursday with speakers addressing a range of ‘best practice’ topics including how waste and and other cost can be reduced on press. The day concludes with with dinner at a cultural venue.
On Friday, the focus turns to UV newspaper printing with speakers including Job van Hasselt of manroland Asia and Erich Midlik of US specialist Prime-UV.
