Langley Holdings, the privately-owned UK company that owns manroland Sheetfed, has bought BluePrint Products and Hi-Tech Chemicals from Heidelberg.

The 20.5 million Euros purchase by Langley's DC Druck Chemie division includes the Kruibeke, Belgium based production facility which produces consumables for flexo, digital and offset printing.

Heidelberg chief executive Rainer Hundsdörfer says the funds will "safeguard our liquidity" during COVID-19 and push ahead with strategic investments.
