As announced in November, Fuji Xerox has changed the names of its Asia-Pacific businesses, taking on the Fujifilm branding.
Subsidiaries throughout the region moved to the name of their corporate parent, Fujifilm Business Innovation on April 1, following the end of a technology agreement with Xerox Corporation.
In a statement the company said its "history of benefiting from the shared use of technologies each company independently developed" positioned each well to keep developing and making its original products using its own technologies.
Current services and maintenance agreements - including managed print - continue to the normal expiry.
Sales departments in Japan and all 31 domestic sales subsidiaries plus Fuji Xerox InterField have been integrated.
