It’s not for sale, but that doesn’t limit the attraction of “sticky-beaking” a property, Australian listings publisher View Media reckons.
Following its partnership with Real Estate Industry Partners, REIP Nexus data has launched on View’s view.com.au site.
A joint venture between member group REIP and analytics solutions provider Valocity, REIP Nexus is claimed to provide visitors to the site with access to property listings data on more than ten million off-market properties, together with access to their sales price estimate. The partnership also sees REIP members’ for sale listings featured on view.com.au.
VMG says the partnership will add value to its suite of proptech solutions including view.com.au, Acquire, Propic, AD Group, Today Media, The Property Agency and Beevo. Executive chairman Antony Catalano says the aim has always been to ensure the best possible experience for property seekers and agent partners.
“REIP Nexus’ price estimate tool works hand in hand with agents to stimulate the market and create potential vendors.”
The tool is the first from VMG’s multi-year partnership with REIP.
Catalano says view.com.au has seen sales listing volumes grow from less than 130,000 to more than 185,000 since its launch 13 months ago, “as we quickly chase down the number two position in the portal space in terms of total live listings.”
He says real estate agencies across the country have embraced view.com.au and its free listings offer, as they address “never ending” rising advertising costs.
“We believe a free portal in view.com.au, coupled with more effective performance marketing solutions, provides better value and we have set ourselves the goal of becoming the preferred portal nationally for the industry,” he said.
