With ten months’ results in, property website View Media says it built ‘open for inspection’ attendance by more than a quarter for a Brisbane real estate agent.
Launched in late 2024, the view.resi solution is claimed to have delivered a 27 per cent increase for Place Estate Agents.
The product is a combination of premium presence on view.com.au, off-portal performance marketing product Acquire, and data and AI solutions through Propic including its Claire virtual concierge.
View’s Paul Tyrrell says that for Place, the Acquire product was called Place Pulse Digital, while the Claire solution was branded as GaiLE. An analysis of more than 200 property marketing campaigns listed through the Place’s New Farmoffice across a ten-month period showed the 27 per cent increase.
“We knew collectively our view.resi solutions were driving results for our partners but this comprehensive analysis allowed us to capture further insights through the full transparency provided by Place,” said residential managing director Trent Casson. “By analysing each campaign and open for inspection attendees, we were able to accurately highlight the positive effect our solutions had on listing campaigns.”
For Place, the Pulse Digital product through Acquire also drives any leads back to their website, allowing them to capture first party data for future targeting.
Casson says the combination of on-portal and off-portal marketing strategies works together to expand the total potential buyer pool. “We focus on online behaviour not just portal searches, and our approach attracts new buyers to Open for Inspections, rather than retargeting those who’ve already seen the property on a portal,” he said.
