We are looking for a Business Development/Sales Manager to fill an upcoming vacancy in Australia, and are also looking for someone based in southeast Asia or India to represent GX in those markets.

You’ll need energy and ideas – and the ability to work hard on your own initiative – and will work with companies at the leading edge in the global industry.

The role includes helping developers and manufacturers explain and promote their products and services to global news publishers through a variety of print and digital media.

These include:

• four GXpress Magazine print editions a year – including two NewsLeaders advertorial supplements – circulated throughout the region;

• the www.gxpress.net and digital.gxpress.net websites – two news and information portals carrying news, advertisements, advertorial and other media;

• two regular email newsletters to senior management readers throughout the world.

We’re looking for someone with energy and ideas, proven sales experience and an outgoing personality, able to communicate easily with all levels of business by email and social media, phone and face-to-face.

This is a self-employed, typically home-based part time position in which you can arrange hours to suit your family and other commitments; you need your own telephone, computer and internet connection. Remuneration is via a generous combination of commission and retainer, with further income opportunities for someone with good writing/marketing skills.
