A new version of Newscycle's CirculationPro ups security, reports and communication, integrating it with the Digital Paymeter module.

The company says user security is updated for data protection and SOC compliance and the 2014.2 release also includes expanded subscriber self-service features and simplified workflows.

The Paymeter integration allows control of revenue related to paid content and other digital revenue sources while maintaining other subscriber data. Bundling of print and digital subscriptions has been simplified to allow users to offer packages to new subscribers and existing customers. Additionally, users can make adjustments to route boundaries for different days of the week.

Other workflow enhancements simplify day-to-day processes including declined credit cards, router imports, mass expiration extensions and complaint management.
