UK publisher of the London Evening Standard ESI Media has gone live with LineUp's AdPoint advertising sales platform, retiring several older systems.
The new platform for the Standard, the Independent and London Live handles CRM, ad booking, finance and reporting operations across print, digital and events businesses.
Group operations director Rich Mead says its older systems had been developed in a single-channel world, while it was now seeing great success and growth in multi-channel offerings: "Data was fragmented and involved considerable workarounds to deliver robust business and sales intelligence."
The new fully integrated solution will reduce administration time per booking and "has expanded sales capabilities overnight".
"We are also no longer tied to our building and can get our sales teams out to see customers more."
The deployment had been achieved smoothly and on schedule and budget, "a really great achievement for everyone involved".
