Four speakers from the Asia-Pacific are those slated for INMA’s World Congress of Newsmedia event in May.
Among the 28 speakers currently listed for the event, from May 6-27, are Singapore Press Holdings chief product officer Gaurev Sachdeva – a speaker at last week’s WAN-Ifra Asian Media Leaders eSummit – Aimie Rigas and Robert Whitehead from Australia, and Aparna Bhawal from India.
Rigas is head of audience development at Nine Entertainment’s the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, while INMA stalwart Whitehead is a director of regional publisher McPherson Media Group.
Bhawal is vice president of marketing at the Hindustan Times.
