Masterclass tackles AI experiments, ethics and more

INMA’s Smart Data Masterclass next month has set a demanding agenda, including learning how to “level-up engineering” to bring data pipes to the core platform.

The event is scheduled from October 5-26.

Speakers include Newscorp US deputy general counsel Martin d’Halluin (above left), BBC UK head of technology forecasting Laura Ellis, Süddeutsche Zeitung data science head Carmen Heger (above right), NZZ (Switzerland) data science & machine learning product owner Cristina Kadar, Ekstra Bladet content automation manager Tore GC Rich (Denmark), Condé Nast UK enterprise data and analytics vice president Mehul Shah, and New York Times chief data scientist Chris Wiggins.

Speakers will explore where AI is likely to lead media companies in the next two years, how to design experiments for generative AI, how to approach building a single customer view of users, and approaching the age of generative AI with mindful perspective on competition, IP, and ethics.
